DMF Group is dedicated to working within vulnerable communities, providing services designed to reduce risk factors and increase opportunities for children and their parents. Our Outreach programs aim to connect individuals and communities with resources and support, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals. We focus on nurturing parenting, school readiness, good health, and economic stability, working closely with local organizations and community leaders.

Vocational Rehabilitation Youth Services Program

Our Vocational Rehabilitation Programs help teens believe in their value, worth, capabilities, and potential. We create safe environments where teens can be themselves and have fun through mentorship, support groups, and job assistance. 

Support Group

Our support groups for teens and adults provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to connect with others facing similar challenges. These groups can reduce feelings of isolation and loneliness, provide a sense of community, and offer practical advice and resources for coping with challenging situations.

Job Assistance

We believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential, including finding fulfilling employment. Our vocational rehabilitation program helps teens and young adults prepare for their first job and build successful careers, with mentors working closely with participants to identify their strengths, set achievable goals, and develop practical skills.

Mentoring

Mentoring at-risk youth is a powerful intervention that provides guidance and support to young people facing significant challenges. Our mentors, trained and experienced, serve as positive role models, offering emotional support and practical guidance.

We partner with community members who believe in the importance of encouraging and creating a positive impact on all teens. Our programs rely on the help of dedicated community members invested in the lives of the teens we serve.
